General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jbaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jbaj website located at https://jbaj.net and all associated products, services, features, games, and promotions made available through that website (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the jbaj platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jbaj and participation in any form of real-money gaming or betting on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement. jbaj enforces this restriction through identity verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment source, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: You must be accessing jbaj from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using jbaj is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapable or who are acting under legal guardianship are not eligible.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary self-exclusion agreement with jbaj or any other gaming platform at the time of registration or use. If you are currently self-excluded and attempt to open a new account, that account will be closed immediately upon discovery.
• One Account: You may only hold one active jbaj account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming and betting services on jbaj, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance.

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jbaj will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accurate. jbaj uses these contact details for important account communications, security alerts, and verification codes. Failure to maintain up-to-date contact details may prevent you from accessing account recovery options.
• Account Updates: If any of your registered personal details change — including your address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly by contacting support or using the account settings area.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jbaj — including deposits, withdrawals, and any bonus-related fund movements — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and processed through approved payment channels only. The following rules apply to all account financial activity.

• Accepted Payment Methods: jbaj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The available payment options displayed in your account at the time of a transaction are the current accepted methods.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment source.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 4 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Own Payment Methods Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jbaj account.
• Withdrawal Verification: jbaj reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees apply. jbaj does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all bets and wagers made through jbaj, including sports betting (cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, football, kabaddi, and other events), live casino games, slots, and all other game formats available on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jbaj at its sole discretion. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the platform with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed without a confirmed reference are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing a bet and may vary by market, event type, and account status. jbaj reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Odds and Prices: All odds and prices displayed on jbaj are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment of acceptance, as indicated in the bet confirmation message. jbaj is not liable for any difference between displayed odds and confirmed odds where a change occurred during the bet placement process.
• Voided Bets: jbaj reserves the right to void any bet that was placed due to a pricing error, system error, data feed error, or any other technical fault. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Abandoned and Postponed Events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific event rules. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, system outage, or disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, jbaj's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Prohibited Betting Patterns: jbaj reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing errors, collusion between players, use of automated betting software, or any other form of advantage play that jbaj determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

Bonuses & Promotions

jbaj offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification (KYC) and are in good standing on their account. Players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are subject to restrictions are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; bonus funds that expire prior to completion of wagering requirements are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through duplicate accounts, different payment methods, or any other means — constitutes abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Bonus Abuse: jbaj employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including the placement of low-risk, mathematically balanced bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, jbaj reserves the right to cancel the associated bonus, remove any winnings derived from it, and close the account.
• Promotional Amendments: jbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In particular, where a technical error or pricing mistake causes a promotion to offer terms that were not intended, jbaj reserves the right to correct or void the promotion retroactively.
• Seasonal Promotions: jbaj may offer enhanced promotions during significant Bangladesh events including BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, and Victory Day. Specific terms for seasonal promotions will be published alongside those offers.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jbaj, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, or such other action as jbaj determines to be appropriate in the circumstances.

• Fraudulent Activity: You must not use jbaj for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, the submission of falsified identity documents, the manipulation of game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means, or any other form of deception directed at jbaj or its payment partners.
• Automated Access: You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting software, screen-scraping tools, data-harvesting programs, or any other automated system to access or interact with jbaj. All account interactions must be performed manually by the registered account holder in person.
• Collusion: You must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on jbaj. This includes sharing hole-card information in poker variants, coordinating bets in live casino games to exploit bonus structures, or any other form of cooperative play designed to gain advantage over the house or other players at the expense of fair play.
• Chargebacks: You must not initiate a payment chargeback or reversal in relation to a legitimate deposit made to your jbaj account. Any chargeback that is initiated without jbaj's authorisation will result in immediate account suspension and the commencement of debt recovery proceedings for the full amount of the chargeback including any associated fees.
• Platform Integrity: You must not attempt to access, interfere with, or compromise any part of jbaj's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, APIs, or security systems. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any aspect of the jbaj platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Abusive Conduct: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct towards jbaj's customer support staff or other players on any jbaj platform. jbaj reserves the right to close any account from which such conduct originates.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either jbaj or the player may close a jbaj account, subject to the terms set out in this section. Account closure by jbaj due to a breach of these Terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and, in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, forfeiture of the account balance.

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request closure of your jbaj account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure process to be completed.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. • Suspension by jbaj: jbaj reserves the right to suspend your account at any time without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other matter requiring investigation. During a suspension, withdrawals and deposits will be restricted until the investigation is concluded.
• Closure by jbaj — Breach of Terms: Where jbaj determines that you have materially breached these Terms, your account may be closed immediately. In cases of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct, any balance associated with that conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not associated with the breach will be returned to the original payment source.
• Inactive Accounts: An account that has been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager, no withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jbaj will attempt to notify you at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Any real-money balance in a dormant account will be preserved for a minimum of 3 years from the date of last activity.
• Right of Appeal: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the suspension or closure decision. jbaj will review your appeal and respond within 14 business days.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of jbaj that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. jbaj will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 28 business days of acknowledgement.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbaj's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jbaj is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jbaj with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
